The Role

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Regional Direct Marketing and Advertising Manager, as well as the Regional Marketing & Promotions Manager and Twin River Management Group. The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing team with Direct Marketing, Database Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Events and Call Center as needed.

Responsibilities

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist with Execution and Supervision of all Promotions, Special Events & Tournaments
• Marketing calendar planning based on reimbursable and free slot play budgets
• Creates promotional/event blocks
• Back-up to promotional builds as needed
• Procures/submits gift card and merchandise orders (Bally’s Tiverton)
• Provide versioning of all direct mail pieces to property coordinators
• Review and approval of all direct mail
• Free play code creation as directed
• Assist with all invoicing, purchase orders, vendor forms and for direct marketing
• Assist with email marketing creative and scheduling
• Maintains knowledge of competitors’ player tracking and casino marketing programs
• Assist Marketing department as a whole with any miscellaneous needs as directed
• Process returned mail and NCOA files

Other Duties May Include

• Orders supplies as needed (Bally’s Tiverton)
• Creates purchase orders as needed (Bally’s Tiverton)
• Submits Facilities requests as needed
• Processing Advertising invoices
• Internal Static Signage
  • Monthly direction and monitoring of Promo Signage, A-Frames, Duratrans, Banner Vinyl’s, and various departmental requests (closed for renovations, VIP lounge hours change, F&B specials, etc.)
• Internal Digitals Signage
  • Monitoring all Scala signage for Concerts, Special Events, Promotions
  • Requests Directional Signage as needed on WEST WALL for events
• iViews
  • Ordering 3 shows/month
  • Approving before loading into system
• Works with Advertising Agency, coordinating all billing and discrepancies for media and vendors
• Monitors and updates budgets as needed
• Website
• Providing direction and content to Advertising Agency each month as needed
• Monitoring all website data as needed to ensure accuracy
• Social Media & Social Gaming
• Monitors all social media, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Flickr
• Weekly Social Reviews - downloads and sends out weekly Review Trackers report to Guest Relations Teams
• Oversees Social Gaming Applications
