Job Description: As a Fireplace Technician you will be responsible for the following:

• Arriving on time in company-provided uniform to scheduled appointments
• Completing all job-related procedures, either on paper or using software
• Providing our customers with a positive experience
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fireplaces and fire pits as well as gas lines, venting, electrical systems, and fireplace or fire pit controls
• Operating company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner at all times
• Being part of the team through positive, engaging feedback and collaboration
• Maintaining an organized work area including your company-provided vehicle and all job sites
• Working in a safe manner at all times and alerting a supervisor if you observe unsafe work practices or conditions
