We are looking for an experienced Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and accurately documenting customer information. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services, be able to communicate effectively with customers and technicians, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for a reliable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes.
• Maintain customer records and update them as needed.
• Provide customer service in a professional manner.
• Keep up to date on new products, services, and technologies.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
• Communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
