Job Title: Landscaper/Laborer

About the Job:

We are looking for talented candidates who are landscaper pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. You will be responsible for maintaining our RV Park. | Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations | | Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management | Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping as requested by management | Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks and pool area including painting and power washing| Collect trash and yard waste | Maintain swimming pool and pool area | Dispense propane | Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed) | Work on special projects as requested

Job Requirements:

A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility | Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done | Able to work outdoors throughout the year | Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility | At least 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience across the trades required | Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment | Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to become CPO | Hold Gas Dispenser License or willingness to obtain license | Highschool graduate or GED required | Must be within commuting distance to the facility and have reliable transportation

Hourly Pay Rate Range | $13 - $15 | Commensurate with Experience
