Position Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This role involves representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases.
- Manage all phases of personal injury including, investigation, pre-trial, trial, settlement, pleadings, discovery, and appeal processes.
- Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair compensation for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal counsel.
- Collaborate with support staff and paralegals to prepare for trial.
- Stay current with developments in personal injury law and practice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law (will also consider entry level candidate for growth).
- Strong negotiation, research, and trial advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
- Intellectual curiosity
