Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Check patients out and schedule next appointment.
• Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances upon check out.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all HIPAA and privacy policies.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus
