- Class A CDL with acceptable driving record required.

- Position responsibilities include maintaining company material yards, organizing them, keeping stockpiles full, keeping small tool inventory, picking up materials and parts.

- Light maintenance and repair of office buildings, shops and yards.

- Strong organizational skills are required.

- Skid Steer experience required.

- Must be capable of working independently without supervision.

- Willingness to help when asked. Ability to manage time/tasks efficiently and prioritize.
