Motorsports of Melbourne has an immediate opening for a Fit Specialist/ Sales Person to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, energetic and results oriented.

 Duties and responsibilities:

·Consult guests on the Harley-Davidson brand andproduct

·Understands needs and wants for their next Harley-Davidson

·Fit customers on the right Harley-Davidson

 Position Requirements:

·Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.

·Approachable, likable, and enthusiastic personality. Abilityto get along with a broad customer base.

·Must have a high level of energy, self-motivated, positive, driven, and possessthe desire to help customers.

·Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community.

·Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred.

·Knowledge and experience of Harley-Davidson motorcycles andother products sold by the dealership,desirable.

 Physical Demands:

·Requires the use of both hands.

·Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift upto 25lbs

Working Conditions:

·The noise level in the work environment isusually loud.

·Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborneparticles.

·Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
