As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Austral Group your responsibility will be to support the Finance Team through the coordination of the accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections processes.

This is a hybrid position for Santiago, Chile. We are also open to receiving candidates from the rest of Latin America.

Main responsibilities:

• Client & Intra-Company Invoicing and collections
• Maintain Client contact database
• Collections and past due client reporting
• Account reconciliations
• Clients Registration and Coordination
• Support to the accounting department in diverse processes
• Contribute in the automation of accounts receivable processes

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced level of English
• University degree in accounting or related experience
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable areas
• Possess strong administrative skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on superior client satisfaction;
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a positive attitude;
• Good user level experience in working with computers, database software, G-Suite and Microsoft Office. Knowledge in accounting software is considered a plus.
