Valentis currently has an opportunity as an Unarmed Security Officer in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Unarmed Security Officer - Dispatch Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and dispatching security personnel to various locations, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property.

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras and alarms.
• Dispatch security personnel to various locations.
• Communicate with clients and security personnel via phone and radio.
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
• Report any incidents or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Handle administrative tasks as required and support the Senior Site Supervisor on site.

Mandatory company paid training is required in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience as a security dispatcher preferred.
• A desire to transition to Armed (Act 235) is preferred but not required. Act 235 certification ensure a higher wage.
