We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring that all repairs and installations are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to determine repair and maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Schedule and assign work orders to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
