Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with the Global Controller and Finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage interstate tax compliance efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Must have cost and inventory experience.
- Proficiency in tax compliance and familiarity with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
