$17 - $19 hourly

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
• Book consultations for prospective clients and ensure that schedules are accurate.
• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently.
• Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys to help grow our prospective client base.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed such as transcription, research, spreadsheet management and writing/responding to emails.

• High school diploma or equivalent needed, Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Customer service or sales experience a plus.
• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired.
• Background in the legal industry is preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required.

We have a beautiful office near downtown Orlando. We provide legal services in the areas of business law, real estate and estate planning. Bullard Law is proud that we have a positive working environment for staff and we strive to provide exceptional legal representation to our clients. As an added benefit, our firm closes on Friday at 12:30.
