We are seeking an Operation Management Specialist to provide operation management expertise to the FRB (Federal Reserve Board) in the areas of process re-engineering and risk management.

Responsibilities:

Provides operation management expertise in the areas of process re-engineering and risk management. Creates process workflows based on the data governance policy requirements. Develops data provider risk management framework with recommended implementation methodology.

Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in business process re-engineering and operational risk management. Ability to understand, analyze and interpret organization procedures and policies, and data sharing / data procurement related principles and practices. Hands-on experience with vendor risk assessments at a large financial institution. Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Capability Maturity Model, Six Sigma, agile, etc.).
