**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and deliver exceptional customer service while mixing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and standards - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role - Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks - Understanding of drink recipes, including classic cocktails - Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting - Basic math skills for handling payments and verifying change - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Must be at least 18 years old If you are passionate about bartending, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and possess excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
