Responsibilities Include:

• Managing our e-commerce inventory and product details
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Assisting with physical inventory
• Assisting management in online pricing
• Fielding e-commerce customer service requests and feedback
• Develop and implement strategies for e-commerce growth and expansion
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trend
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the e-commerce platform and user experience
• Drive sales and revenue through effective marketing campaigns and promotion
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage and maintain e-commerce inventory, pricing, and product listings
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Our ideal customer will possess:

• 1-2 years’ experience with online store inventory management (Amazon Seller Central preferred)
• Familiarity with building supplies
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Computer literacy, including the ability to work with spreadsheets and text documents
• Proven experience in e-commerce business development or technical sales
• Strong knowledge of the e-commerce market and technology sales
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
