Inspect cloth according to designated procedures and grading standards. Check cloth to insure correct picks per inch, filling yarns, warp yarns and yarn color. Check pattern repeat to insure repeat is correct. Check fabric against master swatch to insure fabric is within specification. Determine cloth grade per industry standard. Perform required mending to improve cloth quality. Follow up with Management, Weavers, and Technicians on problem looms and heads. Work closely with Management and Product Development on problem defects. Maintain all required records in performing assigned duties.
