Position Overview:

As a Health Insurance Agent specializing in Group and Individual Health including Med Support, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with the right insurance solutions to meet their healthcare needs. You will be responsible for assessing client requirements, explaining coverage options, and guiding them through the insurance selection process. Your role will also involve providing Med Support, assisting clients with medical claims, inquiries, and ensuring they receive the necessary assistance promptly.

What You'll Do:

Engage with clients to understand their health insurance needs and financial considerations.

Present suitable group and individual health insurance options tailored to clients' requirements.

Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and coverage details.

Collaborate with the Med Support team to assist clients with medical claims, inquiries, and issue resolution.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Health Insurance Agent or a related role.

In-depth knowledge of group and individual health insurance products and industry practices.

Strong understanding of medical terminology and claims processes.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to empathize and connect with clients, understanding their unique needs.
