The Opportunity:

As a Jr. Loan Processor with Visio, you will providesupport to the Loan Processors in obtaining and evaluating documentation and completing internal processes through the life of the loan.

You will provide support to the Processing departments by:

• Requesting and reviewing; payoffs, property insurance, and other documentation as requested ensuring they follow underwriting guidelines and capital partner compliance
• Creating, sending, and validating required loan documentation through DocuSign
• Working with Loan Processors to validate required Title docs
• Claiming tasks and documenting progress for Loan Processors throughout the duration of all tasks
• Demonstrating the ability to recognize when an account deviates from the norm and flag for internal executive review
• Providing exceptional customer service at all stages within the process
• Completing other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm CST
• Salary Range: $20.50 - $22.00/hr (Non-Exempt/Hourly/Overtime Eligible)

 What We Are Looking For:

• Someone with a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
• Someone with tactfulness and a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations 
• Someone with knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
• Someone with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Someone with the ability to handle an extensive pipeline and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Someone with the ability to use standard office equipment; printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, and other applicable equipment as needed
• For Internal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months. Current Manager notification is needed to apply for a vacant position. Any applicant that does not meet these conditions will require approval from the executive team member over the hiring department prior to extending a job offer.

What We Prefer to Find:

• 3 years of administrative experience
• Experience using Calyx Point and Salesforce software
• Real estate knowledge
