Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry pointing tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy in restoring the aesthetic and structural integrity of buildings.
• Conduct caulking work to seal joints and cracks in masonry, concrete, and other surfaces, preventing water infiltration and enhancing durability.
• Execute cleaning duties, using appropriate techniques and materials to remove dirt, stains, and debris from various surfaces without causing damage.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in masonry pointing, caulking, and cleaning, preferably in a commercial or residential construction environment.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, such as trowels, sealants, pressure washers, and cleaning solutions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
