Job Title: Certified Pilates Instructor

Location: Club Pilates Grand Oaks (3917 Woodson's Reserve Pkwy, Spring TX 77386)

Qualifications:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 450-hour comprehensive Pilates education: Must include Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard.
• Up-to-date CPR & First Aid training: Willingness to maintain certification.
• Comfortable learning and adding to repertoire: TRX, Functional Standing Movement (Barre), and TriggerPoint modalities.
• Demonstrated anatomical knowledge: Attention to safety is paramount.
• Group reformer instruction abilities: Ability to modify for different individuals in class.
• Experience: Teaching as many a 12 participants in an apparatus-based group class.
• Availability: Maintain open availability for a minimum of 8 hours (2 shifts) per week.
• Passion for learning: Willingness to complete continued education trainings or workshops.
• Team player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work harmoniously with others.
• Excellent communication skills: Professional and effective communication with proven public speaking skills.
• Pleasant demeanor: Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Punctual and Reliable: Consistently on time for scheduled shifts.
• Problem-solver: Strong ability to recognize areas of improvement and proactively communicate with management.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional, neat, and trustworthy demeanor while respecting confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting group reformer classes and modifying exercises as needed.
• Integrating TRX, Barre, and TriggerPoint modalities into sessions.
• Demonstrating anatomical knowledge and ensuring participant safety.
• Collaborating with the team and maintaining open communication with management.
• Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.
