Hi-Strength Bolt Company is a fast-paced Denver hardware retail/distribution company and we are currently looking to hire a Sales and Customer Service Representative that will be a vital and energetic part of our team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a desire to grow with the Company.

Sales and Customer Service

Responsibilities

- Helping customers at the front counter

- Provide will call support for customers who are picking up products

- Assist the warehouse with receiving, stocking, order pulling, and deliveries as needed (company vehicle provided)

- Maintain communication with current clients on your account to ensure customer satisfaction

- Answer incoming sales calls to support customer will call/delivery needs

- Established account services to ensure current clients have full stock at their locations

Minimum Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

- Basic understanding of the fastener industry

- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management

- Proficient computer skills in excel and database software

- Dependable with a strong work ethic

- Able to follow directions, work as a team, or as an individual

- Interpersonal skills to confidently assist people on the phone as well as in person

A background Check is required as well as a Drug test for applicants who will be using a company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
