The chiropractor is the person on the clinical team that is most knowledgeable about spine and joint musculoskeletal conditions and treatment protocols. Success for the chiropractor in our practice is moving from Chiropractor to Clinical Lead within 6 months to 1 year of hire date. Therefore the ideal candidate comes to the table with some established leadership skills both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities of Chiropractor

• Deliver chiropractic adjustments that produce extraordinary outcomes
• Perform consultation and exam on initial visit ( includes establishing patient rapport, perform thorough health history, chiropractic exam, spinal and extremity orthopedic exam, establish patient's true why for seeking care)
• Develop corrective care plans appropriate for chief concern and contributing factors
• Present clinical findings and recommendations to patient in a Report of Findings
• Present financial portion of care plan that allows patient to accept care
• Perform progress exams
• Take and analyze x-rays
• Has familiarity with different types of musculoskeletal cases and has confidence in treating a variety of musculoskeletal cases

Responsibilities of Clinical Lead

In addition to responsibilities of chiropractor, the role of clinical lead includes:

• Excited about leading the clinical team (chiropractors, exercise specialists, therapy techs)
• Has pulse on all patients' progress
• Responsible for and takes responsibility for clinical outcomes of all case loads
• Has ability to discern need for change to treatment plan and adjust treatment to ensure patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Responsible for overall patient satisfaction of the practice
• Explores and stays abreast of new technologies that could enhance patient healing and outcomes

Qualifications

Doctorate of Chiropractic

Leadership Skills

Communication skills with patients and team

3-5 years of clinical experience in practice

preferred: experience with analysis, diagnosis, and treatment of athletes and athletic injuries

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
