Our tax and accounting company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper And Payroll Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our client's companies of various industries. You will also be required to do administrative tasks as needed and provide customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Provide telephone support
• Prepare payroll reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Have experience in working in accounting preparation for multiple companies at a time
• Office experience
• Quickbooks experience
