Position Overview:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with pre-screened leads to present our products and services
• Follow up with merchants requiring callbacks from account queues
• Assist business owners in revenue optimization and growth strategies
• Maintain accurate records of account acquisition and installation progress
• Establish profiles for new accounts and manage documentation upload process
• Cultivate professional relationships with key customer contacts

Skills, Attributes, & Experience:

• Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in active listening and negotiation
• Computer literacy, including internet research and Microsoft Outlook
• Previous sales quota achievement
• Knowledge of merchant/banking products and CRM experience are advantageous

Compensation: $26,000 - $150,000 annually, plus commission and incentives *this range includes base pay plus commission potential and incentives*

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
