A successful Veeva CRM Technical Consultant is a highly motivated individual, passionate about developing solutions, with deep knowledge Salesforce & Veeva tech stack and modern delivery practices. This role closely partners with CRM tech lead, architect, product owner and rest of development team. A strong combination of being able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical configuration, customization, development abilities will be essential to the success of this role. Responsibilities The job responsibilities follows: Work as part of a high-performing agile delivery team Deliver product increments (by leveraging configuration, customization, development through Flows, APEX, SOQL, LWC) aligned with business prioritization Collaborate with team to provide regular system maintenance activities, monitor system health. Drive optimization, automation where possible Help curating Knowledge Documents post solution delivery to continuously upskill delivery and support teams Execute against broader technical needs where required (e.g. deployments, service troubleshooting and support consulting). Basic Qualifications: Must Haves Basic qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organization. Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and minimum 3-5 years development experiences Deep hands-on understanding of all aspects of the Veeva CRM platform configuration, customization and development; Veeva CRM Security model, Flows, Reports Backend Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, batch jobs) Integrations with other systems such like SAP, Azure, MDM (Veeva Network) through Rest based APIs Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL= User Interface (Visual Force, Lightning Web Components) Veeva Modules ( Account Management, Call Reporting, Product Catalog, Order Management, Suggestions, Approved email, Consent Capture, CLM, My Insights, Engage Meeting, Cycle Plan, Coaching Report) Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
