Schedule: 32 hours per week, days

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Utilize nursing process for patient-centered care.
• Administer injections, vaccines, and triage telephone calls.
• Prioritize calls based on clinical acuity and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Analyze assessment data for nursing diagnoses and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for quality patient care outcomes.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and medication reconciliation.
• Schedule appointments and review lab/x-ray results.
• Perform patient vitals, documentation, and progress evaluation.
• Assist with in-office procedures and nurse-only visits.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bio/chemo certificate and ONS chemotherapy provider card within specified timeframes.
• Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in hematology/oncology.
• Previous experience in hematology/oncology triage preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical skills such as port access, IV insertion, and wound care preferred.
• Additional certifications may be required for certain practice areas.

Salary Range: $78,000 - $160,000 per year.
