Job Summary:

We have a team centered approach and seek to provide the best in patient care in our privately owned dental practice. Our office is looking to hire a front office patient care representative with dental experience and more importantly, work ethic and a positive personality.

As one of our team members you will play a crucial role in our customer care. You will be one of the first people that greet our patients and begin to leave a lasting impression as to the care and positive experience they can expect during their visit with us.

Some of the tasks we’d ask of you include but are not limited to are:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient information and update records as necessary
- Collect patient co-pays and process payments
- Insurance verification and claims processing
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow

Skills:
- Previous experience in dental administration support
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology
- Proficient in using office software applications preferably Dentrix
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
