Then you are a perfect fit! We are hiring a part-time Athlete Success Tech for a Boutique Fitness & Recovery Center near the North/ Elston intersection.

We are a boutique fitness, recovery center, and cafe in Lincoln Park focused on the Chicago athletic community. All our members are athletes, no matter their ability level. Strength, conditioning, and group endurance classes are a core part of the EDGE Athlete experience. Our facility boasts cutting-edge training and recovery - all with the mission of making Athletes into their best versions yet.

Your primary goal will be to serve our Athletes, proactively caring for their needs, keeping them happy, healthy, and chasing their dreams!

Responsibilities include:

• Greet Athletes and oversee their experience in different areas of the gym: strength annex, bike room, treads, and recovery tools.
• Perform front desk tasks (check-in, check-out) and food & beverage duties in the café.
• Have a positive attitude and the desire to learn about the business to educate Athletes.
• Facility maintenance and cleanliness, from cafe to workout and recovery areas.
• Assist General Manager and Business Owners in other areas as needed.

• Availability on some weekends is mandatory
• Availability on weekdays, including opening and closing shifts

COVID-19 considerations: We have exceeded the guidelines to keep our employees and members safe. We have installed an air-ionizing HVAC system to keep the air as clean as possible and have very precise entry/exit and cleaning protocols for safety.
