The following anticipated position is for the 2024-2025 school year:

Elementary School Principal

Starting Date: August 1, 2024

Location: Elementary

Qualifications:

• Valid Principal license in the state of Ohio.
• Master’s degree or higher.
• At least three (3) years of exemplary teaching experience.
• Leadership and motivational building management skills, able to lead staff and effectively communicate his/her vision for the school.
• Ability to understand the community and student demographics and have a desire to cultivate strong, positive local social connections.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret student data to make sound educational decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills.
• Understands state mandated assessments as well as state content learning standards.
• Strong knowledge of effective pedagogical practices, resources, and best practices for instruction and assessment.
• Must have satisfactory results from mandatory background check before start date.
• Must have completed application, license, original transcripts and 3 references on file in board office.
