Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage table assignments
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Assist in coordinating wait staff and bussers
- Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions

Experience:

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with food service and guest relations
- Understanding of phone etiquette

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
