Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating quality control activities, conducting quality audits, analyzing data, and utilizing precision measuring instruments. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provides manufacturing support by overseeing the in-process, and final inspection of products to ensure compliance with quality systems.
• Monitor the inspection of parts and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards and customer specifications.
• Strong interaction with customers to resolve complaints; return of defective materials; and non-conformances in an efficient and professional manner.
• Supports the Quality Manager with the coordination of Non-conformances, disposition, and investigations.
• Supports Quality Manager with customer Corrective Action investigations, root cause analysis, etc.
• Responsible for managing all Calibration activities including interaction with Calibration Suppliers.
• Responsible for updating the internal Quality Management System Software.

Skills:

• It requires strong communication skills to interact with customers daily.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Basic Knowledge of Quality concept techniques.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001
