Mo Better Garage is Hiring an INSTALL COORDINATOR Near Naples, FL

Description

Our ideal Installation Coordinator will be enthusiastic about working with various team members and clients in a busy office environment and comfortable communicating by phone. The position is primarily responsible for working with the Install Manager and Project Manager scheduling install appointments and inspections, resolving customer issues, and dispatching. May also support other office functions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Promptly address incoming customer calls, ensuring urgency and offering first-level resolution to customer concerns.
  • Adhere to the Customer Service "Call Script" to provide high-quality, efficient responses to customers.
  • Diligently maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date information in the customer database.
  • Collaborate with Dispatch to efficiently schedule service calls and share precise customer information with technicians.
  • Offer support and teamwork to accomplish departmental and company objectives, including KPIs.
  • Immediately report any service-related issues to the relevant leader to preserve customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize calls based on customer and operational needs.
  • Schedule, dispatch, and allocate work assignments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
  • Report issues to leaders for customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the sales team and project manager when there are any special installation requirements.
  • Schedule the installation technicians according to job site readiness.
  • Coordinate any special timing requirements with the customer or any special needs such as pre-job, on-site safety meetings.
  • Review the schedule as needed with the Construction Manager and the Salespeople.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coordinating and scheduling installation projects.
  • Familiarity with residential and new construction service garage door industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using project management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in project management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the garage door industry preferred.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service, meeting and exceeding monthly revenue goals.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
