Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and laser treatments
- Assess clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments and home care routines
- Educate clients on skincare techniques and products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, send faxes
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an esthetician or related field
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
- Proven ability to upsell products and services
