As a Maintenance Technician at McDonald's, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants operate smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the physical integrity of our McDonald's restaurants. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment, facilities, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other restaurant facilities.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and staff regarding maintenance issues and repair status.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
