Fine Line Trim, LLC is currently looking for experienced framing Site Managers to lead, organize, and monitor construction schedules safely and efficiently for one of our many projects in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. The Site Manager will oversee crews, coordinate manpower, manage safety, walk homes and verify quality, and provide the highest level of customer service. The Site Manager will establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities, requisition materials and supplies, resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity. Fine Line Trim Site Managers are required to drive to job locations, show up on time, and complete work accurately and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple construction projects
  • Directing/assisting framing crews
  • Communicating with general contractors (scheduling, change orders, etc.)
  • Read and interpret blueprints to maintain quality control and inspect various stages of construction.
  • Manage on-site safety. Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain Daily Reports through the Companies online system
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to use wide range of hand and power tools, climb ladders – frequently required to walk, kneel, sit, or reach with hands and arms.

Schedule:

  • 10-hour shift

Experience:

  • Lead Framer: 3-5 years (Preferred)
  • General Residential Construction knowledge: 3 years (required)
  • Knowledge of home building and construction systems/processes, building codes, trades, practices, & procedures.

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License (Clean driving record)

Compensation based on experience.

Benefits after 90 days.

Pay: $19.00 - $38.00 per hour
