Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pests, and applying appropriate treatments to eliminate infestations. Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to detect pest problems
- Identify pests and develop effective treatment plans
- Apply pesticides in accordance with safety regulations
- Install pest control devices and recommend preventive measures
- Communicate with customers to explain treatment plans and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of services provided

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred
- Knowledge of pest behavior, biology, and treatment methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive to various locations for service calls

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in lawn care, farm, or landscape maintenance
- Familiarity with farm machinery
- Sales experience in a service-oriented industry
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of pest control methods and products

Pay: $35,000.00 - $46,527.91 per year
