The Service Greeter / Porter will warmly greet incoming customers to our Service Department, electronically check in their vehicle and then move the vehicle to our parking area.

This employee must be welcoming, energetic and ready to make a great first impression for the customers service visit.

The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet incoming customers and be a great first impression of the day
• Safely move vehicle to the parking areas.
• Performing quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Additional responsibility is to assist maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles in our loaner fleet.

Light cleaning of interior and exterior of vehicles, taking vehicles to carwash and or gas station.

• Additional duties include performing new vehicle preps on new Subaru’s.
• Employee will have some morning opening duties to ensure we are ready to receive customers. And some closing responsibilities at day end.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed in a slow safe manner.
• Moving, retrieve and delivering vehicles about the lot as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to keep customer facing areas clean, neat and professional.
• Assist getting trash and cardboard processed to dumpsters.

Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedule and Saturdays.

Approximately 42 hours a week.

Must be punctual, prompt 7 : 30am shift with a variable afternoon schedule ending between 4-6pm.

Lunch period.

• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Professional clean cut appearance.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to drive manual vehicle is a plus.
