Qualified candidates must perform a variety of tasks for their position. Tasks may include, but area not limited to operation of power tools and equipment; facilitate stocking, alignment, and movements of materials on the construction site; assist and work alongside the best skilled trades people in the industry; assist with traffic control on and off side; and perform other duties as assigned.

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:**

* Reliable transportation

* Basic hand tools

* General construction labor experience

* Safety-first mindset

* Clean drug tests

* Proper protective clothing (steel-toe boots, jeans, etc.)

**REQUIRED SKILLSET:**

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work in various weather conditions

* Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb stairs and ladders

* Good communication skills

* Ability to read blueprints is a plus

Hourly rates based on experience. Work available in various areas of Central Pennsylvania and North-Western Maryland.
