Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects.
We are FAA 14 CFR 145, European Union EASA 145 and Mexico AFAC 145 certifications with capabilities to perform maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification services on various aircraft types including: the A319 through the A321, A330, B737 family, B757 family, Embraer, Bombardier, Gulfstream and other multiple types of aircraft.
The primary object of this role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers to boost sales and contribute to MRO’s long-term business growth. Promoting our Aircraft Heavy Maintenance 145 FAA/EASA Repair Station.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our Aviation presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer data
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth
