ABOUT COPPER BROTHEL BREWERY

We are a family-owned brewpub in Sonoita, AZ. We offer a variety of craft beers that are brewed on-site in a 7 barrel system as well as made-from-scratch pub fare. We take as much pride in handcrafting our food as we do our beer. We are honored to bring independent craft culture to Southern Arizona where our patrons can enjoy the beautiful Sonoita landscape and "smooch the hooch" with us.

As owners, we've instilled a culture of taking care of our employees so they can take great care of our customers. We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed and inclusive environment for our employees. While we work hard, we also have a lot of fun and truly are a big family.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate with other management staff and owners to create fun events, including food and beer pairings to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Knowledge of the craft beer industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Nights and weekends are a must.

We are open Wednesday - Friday 11am - 8pm and Sunday 9am - 6pm
