West Sound Dentistry is Hiring an Associate Dentist (FT) Near Poulsbo, WA

Are you new to the practice of dentistry and looking for a position that can help you improve the skills you’ve acquired during your schooling? If so, we might be the right fit. But we’re not looking for just anyone, we’re interested in someone with a passion for preventative health care, and willing to perform hygiene tasks in addition to restorative dentistry.
 At West Sound Dentistry we believe optimal oral health is an integral part of total-body wellness, and we know you, the dental provider, plays a crucial and proactive role in achieving this. 
We are a private practice in a great location with a supportive and cooperative team. In order to perform at an advanced caliber, we supply our providers with the tools and training to continually grow their knowledge, skills and confidence as a health-centered dental professional. We consider ourselves progressive and incorporate new technology to serve our patients at the highest level. By implementing the Larkin Protocol to our hygiene program we have started helping so many of our patients achieve their healthiest smiles yet…and we need more hands to help us continue this trend! Our goal is to create long lasting, value driven relationships with both our patients and each other.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for dentistry, a desire to grow and learn, and the willingness to co-create customized treatment plans to improve the oral-systemic wellness of our patients. Hours: Mon-Wed 7:00-5:00, Thur 7:30-4:30

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
  • DDS or DMD degree 
  • Current State Licensure.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Experience with Dentrix (not required, but a plus)
  • Laser certification (not required, but a plus)
