We are hiring a professional UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in 77015 to perform vehicle and foot patrol. The role is full time. Shifts available: Overnight Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday off, from 10pm-6am. $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Perform access controls at gates. 
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Requirements:

- Level II Noncommissioned Texas Security Certification is required or being licensed as a Security Guard in Texas DPS

- Previous experience in Security preferred

- Strong customer service - Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.- Excellent surveillance and observation skills- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
