• Act as a reliable advocate for clients in Boca Raton, FL, guiding them through the Medicaid application process effectively.
• Support the implementation of strategies and ensure the timely submission of necessary application/documentation for Medicaid benefits.
• Manage a caseload of clients in Boca Raton, FL, offering continuous assistance and support throughout the Medicaid eligibility process.
• Collaborate with attorneys, government agencies, and community partners in Boca Raton, FL, to gather essential information, coordinate benefits, and effectively advocate for clients' needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, application status, and benefit approvals with meticulous attention to detail.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred for this Medicaid Specialist position in Boca Raton, FL, US.
• Previous experience with the Medicaid eligibility process and/or Medicaid planning is required.
