Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at our Litchfield Nebraska Fertilizer plant. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately loading and unloading materials using various equipment and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the loading of agronomy products to customer trucks.
• Assists in the receiving of dry/liquid fertilizer and chemicals
• Operates the liquid and dry plant.
• Reading and following blend sheets to create custom product for our customers
• Scheduling, mixing and loading of liquid/dry fertilizer and chemicals.
• Ensures the accuracy of mixing chemicals and fertilizers and assists with blender operations.
• Helps manage agronomy inventory. Monitors inventory levels
• Performs general maintenance of buildings, equipment and vehicles.
• Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail required.
