Our Compensation and Benefits Packages:

• Competitive Salary: Starting pay ranges from $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
• Pay Details: Includes hourly wage, weekend shift differential, bonus incentives on every sale, and a pay increase upon completion of certification process

Your Role as a Retail Sales Specialist:
In this dynamic position, you're at the forefront of our retail specialty shop, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through engaging experiences. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing personalized assistance, handling inquiries, creating quotes, and collaborating with technicians for electronics repair and battery installation services. Responsibilities also include inventory management and store merchandising to maintain an appealing environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability for a 5 Shift, 40-hour week, including weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Basic math skills, technical proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• High School Diploma Required, Higher education is a plus
• 2 years of sales/customer service experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
