About the Job

• Manage timing and flow of product based on replenishment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Stay informed about market trends, new products, and potential vendors.
• Purchase products within established guidelines and take advantage of discounts.
• Act as backup to buyer.

About You

• Two years or more in a buying capacity.
• Experience in the retail/wholesale food sector.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
