St. John's Lutheran Church and School is Hiring a Night Lead Custodian Near Chaska, MN
Perform basic custodial services such as general cleaning of classrooms, offices and restrooms. Position is second shift with hours of 1:30 - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday and an occasional weekend. During the summer months or when school is not in session, position may work daytime hours. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as candidate gains experience. Advancement to Building Manager within the next 3-5 years is possible.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, and custodial services
- Proficiency in floor care techniques and commercial cleaning practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance
- Ability to perform porter duties and basic maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Certification in custodial services or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
