The Woods is Hiring a Resident Assistant (RA) --- 12-Hour Shift, Days Near Greenfield, WI

We're looking for caring, compassionate, service-minded individuals to make up our Resident Assistant team.
Full-time or Part-time opportunities available for the 6:00am - 6:00pm day shift.
Duties:
- Provide direct support and care to residents in an assisted living setting including, but not limited to: assists residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, laundry services, medication management, promoting an enjoyable dining experience, engaging with them in social activities, and providing companionship
- Clean and maintain the common living environment to ensure a safe and comfortable space for residents
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and ensure the safety of residents
- Utilize computer systems to document resident information and track progress
Education/Experience:
- CBRF certifications, preferred, including: medication administration, standard precautions, first aid and choking, and fire safety.
- Active CNA certification in the state of WI, preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience in an assisted living or similar healthcare environment preferred
- Ability to lift and assist residents with simple mobility needs
