The Ithaca Waldorf School () is seeking a member of the leadership team to carry the finance and operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate is versed in business management responsibilities of a growing school, non-profit, or business, and can transition seamlessly between strategy-setting, implementation and day-to-day administration. Most aspects of this work are self managed. While some of the work can be completed off-site, it is expected that the business manager will be regularly on-site. Currently, the Ithaca Waldorf school extends from Grade One through Eight, in addition to providing full day Early Childhood programs, which are fully accredited by the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America ().

We hope candidates will bring an accounting degree or equivalent experience and skill set that will support success in the work. Communication skills, both oral and written, are very important.
